Institute of Perception Productions
The Institute of Perception is located in the Sonora desert, a place for gatherings, vision quests into a Power Spot, perceptual sculptures and offerings in sound and vision. It is the place of the Toltec Naguals.
Toltec means artists who are dedicated to moving the assemblage point of the audience. After an Artist has maximized their deposits in the Account of Man, they are freed to attempt the next level, that of the Mystic/Artist. They enter into a recapitulation of their entire artistic life through their new eye, that of a “seer”.
Carlos Castaneda said that all the Naguals he had known were artists, those who produce paintings, sculptures, and create the arts of perception.
It is about returning man to marvel, to power,
to what he has dreamt about; to reconnect with astonishment and the capacity to create.

This overview reveals the impact of the magic landscape of the Toltec on the art. The Naguals walk in this land, and therefore they see and perceive as the original artists of the Toltec.
